Rather than changing a successful platform unnecessarily, Hoyt retained its established geometry and aiming characteristics while refining key components for greater performance.
The headline innovation is the XTS Tuning System. Designed for fast baseline setup and extremely detailed fine-tuning, XTS allows adjustments without requiring a bow press. It can address left and right tears as well as high and low tears, giving competitive shooters considerably broader control over their setup. Paper tuning, bareshaft tuning, group tuning, aiming refinement, and holding-weight optimization can all benefit from the system's precise and repeatable adjustment range.
Performance is further enhanced by the SCTR 2.0 Cam System. Compared with the original SCTR design, this updated cam provides smoother transitions toward the front and back of the draw-force curve while storing additional energy. The result is a refined draw experience combined with up to four feet per second of additional speed. Existing module compatibility helps preserve the familiar full-draw feel Concept shooters value.
The new rotating TDM module covers positions A through E in half-inch increments. At the center of the Concept XTS is the innovative XTS Tuning System. This precision system gives target archers a new level of adjustment without requiring a bow press. Unlike tuning solutions primarily designed to address left and right tears, XTS can also correct high and low tears. That versatility makes the system suitable for paper tuning, bareshaft tuning, group tuning, and detailed adjustments intended to optimize aiming behavior and holding weight.
